What sizes of dumpsters do you offer, and how do I choose the right one for my project?

We offer 4 sizes: 10-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard, and 25-yard. The right size depends on your project. A 10-yard dumpster is suitable for small projects like a bathroom remodel, while a 25-yard dumpster is better for large construction or demolition jobs.

How much does it cost to rent or buy a dumpster? What factors affect the price?

Dumpster rentals start at $299 a month and can increase from there. Prices vary depending on the dumpster size, rental duration, and the type of materials you're disposing of.

How long can I rent a dumpster for? What happens if I need it for a longer period?

You can rent a dumpster daily, weekly, or monthly. If you need it for a longer period, please contact us to discuss extended rental options.

What is the process for renting or purchasing a dumpster, including delivery and pickup?

You can get pricing and order online or by phone. Once you're done, you can schedule a pickup online, and we'll remove the dumpster as soon as possible.

Do I need a permit to place a dumpster on my property or on the street? Who is responsible for obtaining it?

Generally, Minnesota state law doesn't have a blanket requirement for permits to place a dumpster on private property like your driveway. However, local ordinances within cities, townships, or counties may have their own regulations regarding placement, especially if the dumpster encroaches on public rights-of-way like streets or sidewalks.
